IMPORTANT: A "Permission to Tryout" form must be completed by your last Home Association AND handed in (via email or paper copy) in order to participate in tryouts. This will be emailed to you upon registration. Or, you can email [email protected] for a copy to be sent ASAP.
NOTE: If you are coming from an OMHA (Ontario Minor Hockey Association), AND have never registered with an OWHA (Ontario Womens' Hockey Association), a "Permission to Tryout" form is not required.
